Context
The Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications de Versailles is developing an original range of training courses in various fields: heritage, arts and crafts, gastronomy, etc…. The Campus is working to decompartmentalize and coordinate the various training streams, to create bridges and encourage hybrid career paths.
The Campus aims to develop its training offer in the food sector to meet the need for new skills to organize the sector’s ecological transitions, in particular towards healthier, more sustainable food, decarbonization of production, rational use of natural resources and greater food sovereignty.
As part of the France 2030 investment plan, a call for expressions of interest (AMI) has been launched to provide funding for congruent projects. As the ecological transition of the food industry is one of the major objectives of the program (objective n°6), the Versailles Campus wanted to respond by forming a consortium.
In this context, Nomao was called upon to provide its in-depth knowledge of the food sector, and to provide project management assistance for the preparation of the expression of interest response file.
Our Mission
The assignment was carried out within a tight timeframe, constrained by the AMI deadlines. Nomao assisted the Versailles campus with a number of aspects during the various phases of the project:
- Compose the training offer: identify the themes to be integrated to form a complete and innovative project of complementary multi-trade training courses, from CAP to BAC+5.
- Identify the elements to be included in the dossier and structure the application.
- Identify potential partners and form a consortium representing the diversity of players in the sector:
o Higher education institutions (universities, grandes écoles, etc.)
o Government and local authorities
o Agricultural training (agricultural high schools, vocational training centers, etc.)
o Logistics operators
o Representatives of commercial and institutional catering
o Agricultural representatives
o …
